Privacy Policy (English)

Effective 4 October 2026 · 余白 — Yorushika Song Archive is an independent fan site, not affiliated with Yorushika or its labels.

What we collect

• Guest quiz players: the display name you type, the preset avatar you pick from the site's set (stored as a number), and your best score per level, stored in the leaderboard database.
• Signed-in players (Discord, Google or Facebook): your account ID at that provider, your display name (editable), a link to your profile picture, the preset avatar you pick instead (if any), and your best score per level. We request only the minimum scopes (identify, openid profile, public_profile). We do not request your email, friends, or permission to post, and we store a link to your picture, not the image.
• Score submissions: your IP address, kept for 60 seconds for rate limiting, then deleted automatically.
• Cookies: a signed session cookie (30 days) while signed in, and an oauth cookie (10 minutes) during sign-in.
• Local settings (volume, player name, personal bests) stay in your browser's localStorage and are never sent to us.

How we use it

Only to show the public leaderboard (name, picture, score) and to remember your settings. We do not sell or share data or show ads. Visit statistics are aggregated through Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

Service providers

Vercel (hosting; Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregated, cookieless page-view and performance statistics such as page, referrer, country, device and browser type), Upstash Redis in Singapore (leaderboard and profiles), Discord / Google / Facebook (sign-in), and Spotify / YouTube / Apple Music (embedded players and previews, which may set their own cookies under their own policies).

Data deletion

Signed-in users can delete their profile and all their scores at any time: open the Quiz page, sign in, and press “ลบข้อมูลของฉัน” (Delete my data). Deletion is immediate and signs you out. You can also remove the app's access in your Discord, Google or Facebook account settings.
